Run the installer

Double-click Pulse_Setup_v3.2.exe and follow the wizard

Enter PostgreSQL password

The installer prompts for your PostgreSQL password to configure the database

Launch Pulse

Open http://localhost:5000 in your browser

Activate your license

Go to Settings → License and paste your license key

Configure syslog

Point your firewall syslog server to this machine on UDP port 514
